As you explore the beautiful towns of the region, discover the different influences on Sicilian cuisine such as Greek, Arab, French, and Spanish. Start with a cooking lesson with the local chef where you’ll learn how to prepare regional specialities such as pasta con le sarde e finnochio (pasta with sardines and fennel), cassata, and cannoli. When you’re not cooking or wine-tasting, you’ll tour some of Sicily’s ancient towns for an immersive experience of the region.
